Richland County Recreation Council (RCRC) is a local, not-for-profit organization which was formed in 1994. Its mission is to develop and promote year-round recreation program and recreation facilities for the citizens of Richland County.

RCRC has an impressive fundraising history, including working with the City of Olney to pursue grants, hosting music concerts and sports events, and working with local athletic leagues and school districts. The most recent fundraising endeavor has been helping create the Together We Play Park. This inclusive playground allows children of all abilities to play together in Richland County and Southeastern Illinois.
